What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website and to enquiries you send us through it. They do not govern a paid engagement: if we agree to do work for your business, that work is covered by a separate written agreement between us, and where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

What this website is

A description of services Zainblex offers or is building, and a way to get in touch. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, a quotation, or a contractual commitment to deliver a particular capability by a particular date.

Accuracy, and what you should not rely on

We take care to keep this site accurate. Even so, the content is general information: it is not legal, medical, clinical or regulatory advice, and it is not a substitute for professional judgement about your own practice.

In particular, nothing on this site should be read as advice on clinical triage, patient safety, or your obligations as a healthcare provider. Our automation is designed to hand those decisions to your people, and so are we.

Using the contact form

When you submit the form you agree that:

• the details you provide are yours to provide, and are accurate;
• you will not submit anyone else's personal data, and in particular no patient information — please do not put patient names, contact details or clinical details in the message field;
• you will not use the form to send unsolicited marketing, abuse, or anything unlawful.

We may decline to reply to, or delete, submissions that are abusive, automated, or clearly not genuine enquiries.

How we handle what you send is set out in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to this site or its underlying systems, interfere with its availability, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or reproduce its content as your own. Reading it, quoting it with attribution, and linking to it are all fine and welcome.

Intellectual property

The text, design, code and brand assets on this site belong to Zainblex. The Zainblex name and logo may not be used to imply a partnership, endorsement or client relationship that does not exist.

Availability

This is a small company's website. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we may change or remove pages without notice. We will not quietly rewrite a published commitment about the stage of our products in order to look further along than we are.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from your reliance on general information published on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability in respect of work we actually carry out for you is dealt with in the written agreement for that work, not here.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to that use.
