About
Practical AI, built for the front desk.
Zainblex is an AI automation company building voice and messaging workflows for clinics and service businesses — scoped narrowly, configured carefully, and reviewed with the people who use them.
Why this company exists
A dental practice loses patients at 8:40 in the evening. Someone with toothache calls, nobody picks up because the clinic closed at seven, and they call the next clinic on the list. No system records that it happened, so the practice never sees the cost.
That is a narrow, unglamorous, entirely solvable problem — and it is the kind we decided to work on, rather than building a general-purpose assistant that does a little of everything badly. The first product is an AI receptionist for dental clinics; the wider direction is AI automation and technology consulting for service businesses of every kind.
What we have built
The engineering is the part we are proudest of: a sixteen-workflow dental reception build, voice integration, WhatsApp confirmation flows, and a list of edge cases that came from hitting them rather than from a blog post. We have written that up on the AI receptionist guide, in enough detail that you can judge the work on its merits.
If you run a clinic or a service business and the phone is costing you customers, we would like to show you what that looks like automated.

How we work
Business-focused automation
We start from a business outcome — fewer missed calls, less manual scheduling — rather than from a piece of technology looking for a use.
Human-centered experiences
Automation should sound natural and hand over to a person the moment a conversation needs judgement, empathy or a clinical decision.
Flexible workflows
Every clinic and business runs differently. Workflows are configured around your rules, your hours and your way of working.
Continuous improvement
Automation is not a one-time setup. We review how it behaves in practice and keep refining it as requirements change.
Let's talk about your front desk.
If you run a clinic and recognise the 8:40pm problem, we would like to hear how it plays out for you.
