Who we are

Zainblex builds AI automation for clinics and service businesses. For data submitted through this website, Zainblex decides how and why it is used and is responsible for it under applicable data protection law.

What we collect

There are three ways this website collects anything about you.

1. The contact form

When you submit the form on our contact page, we receive:

Your name
Your business or clinic name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your business type, from the list provided
The message you write

Our server additionally records the time of submission and your IP address. The IP address is used only for rate limiting — stopping the same source from submitting the form hundreds of times — and for nothing else.

You provide this data knowingly, by filling in a form, in order to be contacted. We use it for that purpose and no other: we do not add you to a mailing list, we do not build a profile, and we do not sell or share it with advertisers.

2. The chat assistant

If you type into the chat assistant, the messages from that conversation are sent to our server and on to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a reply. We ask you not to enter personal, medical or payment details in the chat. Conversations are not used to build a profile of you, and we do not keep a transcript of them. Our server keeps only operational logs (such as errors) for a short time.

3. One item of local storage

The site stores a single flag in your browser's local storage, named zb-intro-seen, so that the opening animation plays once rather than every time you visit. It contains no personal data, is never transmitted anywhere, and clearing your browser storage removes it.

We use no cookies, no analytics and no advertising or tracking scripts. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel and no third-party session recording on this site. There is nothing to opt out of, which is why you see no cookie banner.

Where it goes

Contact form submissions are delivered by email to our business inbox, so that we see them promptly and can reply. Email delivery uses a third-party mail provider, which processes the message in order to deliver it. The website itself runs on Cloudflare.

We use no advertising networks, data brokers or marketing platforms. Your data is not transferred to anyone for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off. After that they are deleted. If you ask us to delete your enquiry sooner, we will.

Rate-limiting records containing IP addresses are short-lived and are not retained beyond the window they apply to.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw the consent you gave by submitting the form. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.

Email hello@zainblex.com and we will act on the request. We do not require you to use a particular format, and there is no charge.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, with HTTP Strict Transport Security enabled. Form input is validated and length-limited on the server as well as in your browser, submissions are rate-limited, and credentials for our mail and AI providers are kept on the server, never in the website code. We do not store payment details, because this site does not take payments.

No system is perfect. If we discover a breach affecting your data we will notify you and the relevant authority as required by law.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data about anyone under 18 through it.

Changes

If we change what we collect or why, we will update this page and the date above. The version you agreed to when you submitted a form is the one that governs that submission.
